Where do you ship?
We are proudly Canadian owned and operated, and we currently ship to Canada and the United State via Canada Post.

*If you live outside of those countries and would like to purchase something, please send us an email and we can help you out!
Delivery times?
Delivery times will depend on which shipping method you select during your checking out. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number. You will be able to track your order directly from that original email. 

Shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 on orders between $0.00-$49.99
Shipping is free on all orders over $50.00
*Shipping costs are calculated during the check out process after you've entered your name and address. 

All order are processed in Canadian currency.

Exchange Policy

We truly hope you love your purchase from Planet Legacy Give Shop,  However, if for some reason that is not true, please consider re-gifting the product to someone who might benefit from the purchase, or maybe someone who just needs a little pick-me-up
Please remember, a portion of your purchase was donated to the charity of your choice, and if we were to offer refunds we would not be able to follow through with our Charitable Donations.

Therefore, Planet Legacy Give Shop Does Not provide refunds.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchange-only requests within
21 days of the original purchase date. The products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. 

*Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

*We encourage you to read the description thoroughly and double-check the measurements given against your own measurements prior to purchasing the product to avoid any sizing issues. 

*Due to personal hygiene precautions ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE

*All other products will be eligible for an exchange-only request if the above criteria is meet. 

Exchange Instructions 

To start the process , please click HERE to be redirected to our  Exchange Request Form. Please fill out the form and we will contact you as soon as possible to begin the process. 

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We hope this never happens, but in the event you receive something damaged or defective, please follow the steps above and we will help you out!

Once the product has been returned to Planet Legacy Give Shop it will be checked over and approved, we will then issue the exchange (as per our policies).
